go to "change password", press OK (or enter), ignore placeholders and type "726276642", press OK (or enter), and then enter any new password (factory default is 1111). Press Ok (or enter. You should see "stored" message. Now you should be able to unlock your phone with your new password you have just set.

go to menu "change password", ignore password placeholders and type: 726276642, then click Ok, now you can enter any new password code (1111 factory default). click Ok. now you should see message "stored". now go to "dial lock" in menu, and unlock with your new password.
