------------Thank you for your prompt response. We don't have trouble sending faxes. Mostly when i send faxes from my home fax to business fax i am running into these errors. Are other people having problems faxing in to us is possible but i don't know. From my home number i can very easily fax everything to neighbor's fax machine without a problem. We have DSL in the building on a different line but No DSL on this line.

I have a small business. I recently got a new fax line in the office. Half the time this line does not receive faxes and gives error message. We switched fax machines and that did not solve the problem. phone company checked the line and claims it is fine but the problem persists. Any ideas ?

I Live and Work In Northern Michigan and Do Service Work For Talk America And LDMI And Deal With SBC Constantly.
Call Repair And Demand A Visit From A Field Supervisor
and Demand Service.
I Can See If The Fax Is The Same One, That Is Not The Case.
They Are Slacking...
Worst Case Scenario,
They Do Not Satisfy You and You Go To Another Local Service Provider.
