i have been getting some very rude and annoying calls on my cell phone from some girls who blocked their number. is there anyway to get the number?? and possibly get a way to prevent blocked or restricted numbers from calling? oh and i have t-mobile

Yes there is, but you need to contact your law enforecment agency AND your carrier.
One Thought-Why are you even answering blocked number/name calls? People that want to speak to you normaly want you to know it's them.
