Question
HELP !
I am over my head.

I start with 10,000. ( thats what my certificate say's)
.................

Actually, I think.... I just might have 375,000. not 125,000 ...since ONTUS (ontc) changed to Voiplabs Holdings (vpbh)
Ontus did a 3-for-1 stock split in early November.

http://investor.news.com/Engine?Account=cnet&PageName=NEWSREAD&ID=1470912&Ticker...

(10,000 x 3) = 30,000

My 30,000 shares turned into 375,000 NOT 125,000 shares when the
company went public..like they declaired
my name is on the list of share holders / last page of document.on LINK
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1302366/000123174204000667/0001231742-04-...

Is this Not True.....????,,,,,, HELP any info or direction to follow would be very apreciated

thanks

Answer
Best way to work this out: find any broker dealer and take in your certificates. They work for free with the transfer agent and the company to allocate the proper number of certificate shares. This is the best procedure with the broker dealer, since they charge nothing for this service. There is probably a stock broker dealer just around the corner from you.
