Expert: Dr. Joseph de Beauchamp
Date: 2/19/2005
Subject: Qwest

Question
Do you think Qwest in the next one to two years has any chance of lowering it debt and becoming a stable company once again. What would be your best guess for a stock price in the next 12 to 24 Mths. I'm an employee and suck with 11000 shares. If it would get to 8.00 or more I would just be very happy.. What do you think of the current management?? Thank you for your help..

Answer
Qwest shows an impossible attitude from investor relations department. They never return calls or send off materials requested. I would not recommend their stock. As a matter of fact, the IR department claims no value at present to the stock price. I would sell at any price.
