QUESTION: well, I need to program this pbx for a power failure transfer, and the fact is that I don't kown how to do it. well If you don't understand my question, please let me kown. thanks
Answer Well, I wish I could be of more help, but I have zero experience on anything Panasonic. I can tell you what I know about other key system/PBXs, however. Most have built in power fail ports that can be utilized in the event of power disruption. Any and all programming is usually done inside the switch, and then it's plug and play. Now, getting the entire system to switch to another power source in the event of a power disruption is a whole new ballgame. My best guess would be to contact the manufacturer and ask to speak to customer support. If I knew a little more about your circumstances and what the customer is wanting/needing, maybe I could be of more help. If you can go more in-depth, please let me know and I'll help you the best I can. Thanks for the question!
