Question
I'm doing an audit on an employee who was in the San Diego Ca. area a few months ago and made several calls that showed up on his bill as originating in Compton, Ca. and not San Diego. My question is: Are calls from San Diego included in your Compton carrier loop or are there separate loops for San Diego and Compton? If this question is not clear enough please me at 215-697-1367.          Thank you

Answer
Hi Robert,

Thanks for the question.

You will probably need to talk to your local phone company or if the call is long distance, your long distance carrier to answer this question.

Could the calls originating in Compton be collect calls that were actually being received instead of outgoing?
