Hi Michael,
Work-at-home jobs are like any other jobs; companies hire when they have a position open, and they fill it with people who have the experience and skills. You won't sign up for a work-at-home job.

What are your skills and experiences? Do you have a quality resume? These are the first steps to finding a job. Next, search on job search web sites such as Monster and Craigslist. There are some good fee-based telecommuting job resources as well. But again, these resources just list jobs that are currently available.
