Question Hello,
I have applied for a job titled "Computer Lab Assistant". I will be having an interview. I know enough computer for this job but I am a bit nervous about, what questions will they ask and what should i know, how to appear and how to be confident.
You can give me some suggestions and topics to which I should learn and be prepared.
Please help me out.
Sunny.
Answer Hello Sunny,
Congratulations on your interview. My recommendation is to go in knowing that you have the skills for the job. That will help with the nerves. There are a whole bunch of possible questions you could be asked and the better prepared you are to answer the better.
Some questions will likely be about your skills and experience. What have done already that relates to the job? What is your background?
Other questions will be designed to learn about you and may include things like: why did you leave your last job? What did you like (dislike) about your last job? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Why should the employer hire you? etc.
There are many books to help you prepare for an interview. Check your library to see if you can find one.
Always be positive about this and past jobs. Try and relax and be confident that you have what it takes to do the job.
