Answer Hi Zahid,
While large companies have reined in some of their telecommuting programs, small and medium size companies continue to use more and more home-based employees. This trend is expected to continue as telecommuting saves companies a great deal of money in overhead and expenses. It allows them to have the best employees regardless of where they live and therefore stay competitive.
There are some issues that companies need to deal with to insure success of their programs. The first is developing new management styles. The second is finding ways to keep their information secure as much of it is maintained off-site.
