Question Hi, I wanted to start working at home and I dont know where to begin. So, can you help me?
Answer Hi Shari,
The first step to learn all about telecommuting and working at home. People usually get into trouble because they don't understand telecommuting. Your research should include about telcommuting as well as how to avoid scams. You can learn more at http://www.workathomesuccess.com (its free).
When looking for a work-at-home job, you must do it just like looking for a traditional job. What skills and experiences do you have? What jobs are you qualified to do? Because work-at-home jobs can be competitive, you'll want a quality resume that you tailor to each job you apply to.
And then you need consistent effort to find and apply, and persistence because it can take time.
You can find jobs on job search sites. I post 5 jobs a day at my blog (http://www.workathomesuccess.com/blog) and 20 jobs in my newsletter on Fridays (you can sign up at WorkAtHomeSuccess.com You can also find information about telecommuting and other sites I like to use for finding jobs.
