Question
Rhea,

I am working in Telecom field and having more than 20 years work experience in this area. Presently heading the Broadband operations.

My question to you is I am having a dream to change the employement perspective by providing the decent opportunities to million of people without stepping out from their homes but still they should produce more effectively than going to office. This will address growing fuel scarsity and also growing Real-Estate costs.

Today I am not finding a single Service Provider who can able to bridge between the End job seekers and Employer who want their work through telecommuting. While I am taking about the End Job seekers, Service provider should take care of - On Job training, Skill enhancement, Continueous job, System applications and finally the last mail Internet Connectivity.
Request your expert opinion to take this idea to creat the exclusive Single Widlow for Telecommuting.

Thanks and request you to please give your reply.

regards,

raman kumar

Answer
Sounds like you need a good project manager/editor. This is the type of work I do. There is a website called getafreelancer.com where you can advertise the job and get bids on the project. Basically, you need someone with experience in many areas to provide the support you need for the new contract employees.

If you need more assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
