Answer Hi! Yes, they are. It used to only be 1-800 nbrs, but due to the eventual sheer amount of nbrs needed, toll free nbrs have been expanded to include 1-888, 1-877, 1-866, and so on. I can't guarantee it, but I would imagine there will be more coming, and probably all will start with 1-8-something like 55, 44, etc. Just stay away from 1-9 nbrs, as they have been set up with fluctuating rates, so a call can be very expensive. Your local phone company can block those for free if you ask them.
