Question
Are 1-866 numbers toll free?

Answer
Hi!  Yes, they are.  It used to only be 1-800 nbrs, but due to the eventual sheer amount of nbrs needed, toll free nbrs have been expanded to include 1-888, 1-877, 1-866, and so on.  I can't guarantee it, but I would imagine there will be more coming, and probably all will start with 1-8-something like 55, 44, etc.  Just stay away from 1-9 nbrs, as they have been set up with fluctuating rates, so a call can be very expensive.  Your local phone company can block those for free if you ask them.

Any other questions?  ;-)

Have a great day...  www.myspace.com/twistedcoil
