Answer If you mean transfer an outside call you can press the TRANSFER key then dial the access code for an outside line in the uk it is a 9 and then the number so it would be TRANSFER 90777123456 or similar.
I hope this is what you mean, if it does not work the system may be barring you from transferring to an outside line this needs to be changed in the system programming which you may need an engineer to look at it or you could try tackling it yourself. Please ask if you want details on this.
