are you know some of those companies may offer training programs for recent graduates ? if yes please recommend me some resources

Answer JC, I'm afraid that's beyond my expertise.
I know Lucent, Nortel and Cisco are among the largest manufacturers of telecom network equipment. But I think you'd be much better off talking to a guidance counselor at your college in the business or engineering departments.
They would know much more about training and placement opportunities in telecom than me.
