About Marcia Studley
Expertise
I`m a true member of the tv generation! I grew up doing my homework while watching the classics of the 60`s and 70`s and today, they are still my favorites. I have a big library of tv and film reference books at my disposal, as well as a large video library. My memory is pretty darn good too, and when that fails, I can hit the books and/or videos, not to mention a few friends who are as devout tv gen members as I am. Please note that my expertise is with American tv only.

Question
Hey Ms. Marcia!
I'm trying to track down a cartoon character from the 60's or 70's. This character was NOT on a primary show, but a secondary character from secondary, tacked-on show (something like "Cracked Fairy Tales", but I don't think it was that show.) Anyway, it was a simply drawn character, male, sort of like a scientist type or a professor, possible a wizard, but I don't think so.(Also, I believe it was a man, not a talking animal like Mr. Peabody). This guy had an extremely sharp pointed nose, almost like a triangle, a mustache(average size) and black glasses. Does this sound at all familiar? Thanks for any help!

Answer
Hi Loren,

I've been trying to recall who this could be, but I'm afraid I've come up empty and with nothing that is really searchable, it's hard to try and dig something up.  Your description is great; just need better search criteria to try and find it.  If you can recall anything else, let me know.

Good luck!
