About Marcia Studley Expertise I`m a true member of the tv generation! I grew up doing my homework while watching the classics of the 60`s and 70`s and today, they are still my favorites. I have a big library of tv and film reference books at my disposal, as well as a large video library. Question 'm looking for a TV series that aired on UPN in the mid-late 1990's, maybe somewhere between 1994-1998. Although I'm not sure if that was the correct date. Anyhow, it was a show about slaves on a plantation. I remember one character's name was Sean and he was the son of the plantation owner. If I remember correctly he fell in love with one of the slaves. The show was about a family and there were two older brothers and I think a younger sister. I think it only aired for about 2 seasons. Also, I think the family lived in Virginia but I'm not positive. Thanks.

I didn't watch this show, but I do believe it's out there. I very vaguely recall something like it. I researched UPN though and couldn't figure out what show it might be. I'm wondering if it might have been some kind of movie or special series.
