Question There were two shows on about the same time that the characters were searching for something, kind of like an early Indiana Jones movie. We thought Bruce Boxleitner acted in one but on IMDB we couldn't find any reference in his film history.

This really isn't much to go on. I don't know if you're thinking about something The Tales of the Gold Monkey with Stephen Collins or maybe even The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. with Bruce Campbell. Maybe one of these is it. If not, I really need more information to be able to help you.
