Answer I'm sorry, Jacque, but nothing comes to mind with regard to what you are asking for...
unless you can remember anything else about this, i.e. was this a catch phrase said more than once; when you saw it; anything more on the plot, etc... this is just too vague...
if it's a movie, then it is out of my expertise...
