About Mike Hensel
Expertise I will try and answer all questions dealing with television...show names, plots, actors, roles, networks, etc...mostly US shows, tho I'll tackle anything...I lean heavily into past, more so than current, television...and, my knowledge dealing with "reality" shows is limited, due to the fact that I really can't stand the genre (my apologies to all the "Reality" fans out there...)

Subject: Television Father Trivia
Question I have a trivia question about a TV show. I belonged to a blue collar family, I had four children and I suffered a heart attack. Who was I?
Answer Wow, Mike, tough question...
I'm having difficulty finding a blue collar father that had a heart attack and also had 4 kids..
There's John Ritter's character (Paul Hennessy) in "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" (he was a sportswriter and only had 3 kids...)
John Goodmann's Dan Connor on "Roseanne" (fits the blue collar, but 3 kids...)
Stephen Collins's Eric Camden on "7th Heaven" (a pastor and 5, later 7, kids)
James Avery's Phillip Banks on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" (he did have 4 children (eventually), but he's not blue collar; he was an attorney...)
The only one I can come up with that might kinda' sorta' fit would be Redd Foxx's character, Alfonso Royal, in "The Royal Family"..the only thing is that for the children, it's his daughter and her 3 kids (so one real child and 3 grandchildren...)
Hope something here helps !!! Let me know the answer if you get it, if you please ??? I'm curious !!!
Thanks for a Great Question !!!
Take Care,
Mike
