I doing a search on that company, it seems that it's a local company based in Avon, Massachusetts...which would lead me to believe that any commercials for it would also be local, or regional, at best...
I do not live near Massachusetts (I'm a Central Time Zone guy...), so I have never seen a National Floors Direct commercial...
their website does have a commercial on it, but it's testimonials from previous customers; there's no spokesman, just a voice-over... and nothing on their website identifies a spokesman for the company...
Perhaps one of the other experts here lives nearby and has seen it, and can add to this answer...
