Answer Brenda, I can only come up with one that was considered Andy's "girlfriend"...
she's druggist Ellie Walker, played by Elinor Donahue ("Father Knows Best"), in the first season..
Helen joined the cast in the 5th year, and, as you may know, is the one that Andy married...
for seasons 2 thru 4, he didn't have a steady...
just going through the episode guide, I've come up with a few names, although not all of them will be "dates"...
Bertha Johnson/Clara Edwards??? (on more than one occasion)

Mary Simpson (more than one episode)
Peggy McMillan (definitely a "date")

I'm guessing the first name (Bertha/Clara) is not a "date"...
