Question There was a dog in a cartoon from the 60's and/or 70's. He would get frustrated and kind of whisper "rasifrasen" like he was cussing. It seems like he was a white dog but I can't remember. Any ideas?
Answer That, Teresa, would by "Muttley", sidekick of "Dick Dasterdly", from the "Wacky Races" program shown on the CBS Television network on Saturday mornings from 1968 to 1970...
Muttley would also utter a wheezing laugh that is also very recognizable...
