I remember a show that people were in a raft in the water putting something like big puzzle pieces together. Can't find anyone that knows what I'm talking about.

I'd need more information to even take a guess at this.  You didn't give any time frame for it, and that sometimes helps.  Still, this sounds more like a piece of a show, not an entire show.  Survivor had a challenge like this a while back, but it's not a game show, of course.  I don't know of any game show that fully took place on the water.  If you have any more details to provide, I'll try and look for it.
