Question wow, you are amazing! here's what my hubby and i are trying to figure out: who was that bulldog sheriff who talked really slow and was not very smart... his deputy, a horse who also walked upright, was the real brains of the pair. what series and what was the bulldog sheriff's name?

I think you may have combined Deputy Dawg and Ricochet Rabbit into one cartoon.. Ricochet's deupty, Deputy Droopalong, was a hose walking upright.. I doubt you are thinking of Quick Draw Mcgraw, so that's out.. see if either of the first two ring any bells, and let me know it they don't...
