About Shae Expertise I can answer most questions regarding sitcoms, dramas and reality television from 1975 to
present. I know a great deal of trivia about television and movies and can answer most
questions regarding plots, guest stars, past seasons, etc. I can also answer game show
related questions. I can't answer music related questions (i.e. "what was the song in the
episode of 90210?") unless they relate to the theme song of the show.
Experience I am a walking T.V. guide and make my living as a television and film writer. I am also a trivia buff and won $64,000 on the prime time edition of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" with Regis Philbin.

Question Want the title of night time drama...Stay-at-home Mom's name was Kate, kinda frumpy, bigger woman. Father had gray hair. They had a youngish (probably around 11/12) daughter who the show centered around. Family adopted a little girl when their dear friends were killed in car crash who participated in some girls' club called "Daisies" - sold cookies door to door in one episode. Older teenage brother lived at home, had pet name for sister, don't remember what it was. Neat old house, show opened with pan of grand piano covered with family photos. Sure it was set in California, cause Christmas show had no snow, etc. Think it was an 80's show cause I wanted to name my son (born in 1984) after the Mom "Kate", had he been a girl. Help, help...driving me crazy.
Answer Bernice-
While something is rattling in the back of my brain that tells me I remember seeing this show too, I can't find any record that matches it. Can you remember any other details that might help me in my research, like who any of the actors were or what network this was on? Any detail might trigger an answer!
