Question A friend is wondering about a black and white TV show that was back in the 60's. The premise was a man would ring a doorbell and give a check for a million dollars to the person who answered the door. There was one stipulation, they could not tell anyone where they got the money. Supposedly the money was given by uknown donors. Could you tell us the name of the show and the man who rang the doorbells?
Answer The Show was called "The Millionaire" it aired from 1955 to 1960. Its most recent airing was in 1999 when TVland Debuted.
