Television Trivia - cartoon from 40's-50's ?

Question
Hi,
I can remember watching these short movies when i was a kid (80's) at my grandparents.  I think they were the cheap movies you get at store like kmart or zellers.  I'm not sure what year they are from, but here is what i can remember:

1st: This small Swiss army knife, who falls in a lake or pond and tries to rescue this girl, i think she was a spoon or something like that.  And he has to fight the kidnapper and the Swiss knife almost loses because he thinks his knife(arm) is too small, but then manages to take over the kidnapper.

2nd:  Its in a kingdom i think and its cleaning day, and this guy is cleaning up everything, sweeping the dirt under the carpet, washing old painting and the paint comes off.  Washing the floor by putting to brushes under his feet and "skating" on the floor.

3rd:  These two kids, boy and girl, are in the kind of candy land, everything is candy the rain is candy. I m pretty sure something happens but i cant remember exactly what it is.

I'm pretty sure these 3 "movies" were probably on the same vhs, or of the same collection. I would really love to find these movies or just find out what their names are.

Thanks

Melissa
