AboutMarcia Studley Expertise I`m a true member of the tv generation! I grew up doing my homework while watching the classics of the 60`s and 70`s and today, they are still my favorites. I have a big library of tv and film reference books at my disposal, as well as a large video library. My memory is pretty darn good too, and when that fails, I can hit the books and/or videos, not to mention a few friends who are as devout tv gen members as I am. Question I am trying to remember the name of a cartoon dog on TV. He was married with a family. Sort of a hillbilly and he wore a hat. He was always mumbling and spoke like he had marbles in his mouth. PLease tell me his name because I want to nickname a co-worker.

Now, these were bears, not dogs, but it's one of those things easily confused, so check it out and see if this isn't what you're thinking of. If it's not, I'll look more, but I remember watching these cartoons and loving them --- and I even thought they were dogs when I went to remind myself of their names!
