About Montana Wilson
Expertise
I can answer any questions relating to the tennis game. I am in the process of being highly ranked and in the game myself. I have been playing since I was 7 and know a great deal about the mind and physically complex game. There is more to the sport than you think, that people tend to not even know. I can answer any questions dealing with the mind game, the stroke technique, what your physical fitness schedule for off the court training should be to get yourself in shape for the game, confidence, court geometry, tournament play, and how to just have fun. I love the sport and would be happy to help with anything anytime. I know how tough and frustrating the sport can be sometimes.

Subject: The serve in tennis

Question
While watching Nadal on the TV today I was surprised at how long he took to serve the ball, bouncing it several times, brushing his hair etc. etc. What is the rule on the length of time taken to serve once you have started your preparation, as some players take a lot longer than others.
With thanks Alan Hepburn

Answer
Yes i understand what you mean. Some players take so long to prepare themselves to serve like nadal or even sharapova. They are really only allowed 30 sec, and if they don't do it in time they get a warning. I hope your rooting for Federer in the finals!
