Subject: Double Bounce

Question
Is it not the person whom is trying to return  a shot to call if he thinks a ball bounced twice before he hits it. Not the person on the other side of the net.

Answer
Absolutely correct, Skip. If you were trying to get a ball before it bounced twice, it's your call, not his.  There are only two instances where the guy on the other side can call the point.  One is a "through," ball goes through the net and the other is so rare it's not worth mentioning.
