Question Hi,I have a 11 year old Jack Russell recently I discovered a small pimple on her left hind leg the center of the pimple is a blackish colour just wondering what this could be.She doesn't seem to pay any attention to it.

Just like people, dogs can get infected hairs, and what used to be called sebaceous cysts. My gordon setter gets them quite often.
It's nothing to worry about unless it seems to grow, and then you should have a vet check it out. Maybe on her next vet visit you can have the vet clean that up for her.
