Hi AB,

I think that the lead nitrate dissolves and then lead sulphate percipitates out. The nitrate is protonated to become HNO3 nitric acid in solution.
so if I am correct your equation becomes.

lead nitrate + conc. sulfuric acid ======>  lead sulphate(s) + nitric acid(in solution)
