About Robert Arnone, DC
Expertise
I can answer any questions regarding Thyroid Trouble either Hypo or Hyper. I can also explain to you how this may have happened to you and more importantly how you can get well.

Experience
I have helped many women and some men with Thyroid Conditions. Most of them were able to get completely off of the harmful medications that weren't correcting the cause of their problem anyway. If all of these people were able to get well, then why not you too? I may be able to find you a qualified Upper Cervical Specific Doctor in your area to help locate and correct the cause.

Expert: Robert Arnone, DC - 3/29/2009

Question
Hi Dr. I have been dx with hypothyroid since January 09. I am now on my second dosage she upped to .075.I constantly have to urinate it seems all night mostly around my period but still all the time same with itching all the time badly, terrible at my period, Is the constant urination at least a hypothyroid thing, and can my skin get so dry that it feels like splinters in my night shirt. One more thing with proper dosage found will I began to take off weight? Thank you Kim m

Answer
Kim,
Please try to understand that the reason you are having a thyroid problem is due to a fundamental underlying cause, and unless that cause is corrected you should not expect normalcy to return.  The drugs simply cover up the problem and actually block pathways, this will NEVER lead to improved health or getting well EVER.
Just to prove this, the doctor will tell you, they haven't already that you will be on medication for the rest of your life.  How is that getting better and correcting the problem?  It isn't, this is just a cover up, something that may be able to help you get through your day better while inside you are getting sicker and sicker.  Then they will change dosages on you for a while and when that doesn't work, they will have a new drug for you to go on and the cycle never ends until you die.
I don't mean to be rude or hurtful towards you, and I hope that you do not take it that way, but I am the doctor that tells it like it is every time to all patients.
Drugs and surgery should be the last resort, as you have other options that would help you much better than those anyhow.
Yours in Best Health,
Dr Robert Arnone
