Question Thursday I had a complete thyroidectomy. The surgeon told my husband that there was one nodule or tumor the size of a golf ball with three grape like extensions. There were other smaller nodules. He said we would get a call this weekend about the biopsy, but we have not. Do you think it is cancer?
Answer Ruth,
The only way to know for sure is through the biopsy, and that is what they are doing. Whether it is or it isn't, you need to remain positive and know that you are going to be all right.
