Thyroid Problems/Medication time

I take .75 mg. levothyroxine each morning.  I've been reading lately about how it works better if taken at bedtime.  I know it's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, but the stuff I've read doesn't mention that.  So, should if I go to bed at say 10:00 PM should I not eat past 6:00 or so???  Sometimes I want a snack about 8:00 or sometimes we don't get to eat until after 6:00.

Also, what about other medication.  Sometimes I take Zolpidem(5 mg)  or diphenhydromine because I have trouble sleeping & if I have to work the next day, I need some help.

Thanks so much.

Take it while going to bed. The gap between dinner and medicine should be no less than 2 Hr. Zolpidem/diphenhydramine do not interfere with levothyroxine. But in future before taking any other medicine/supplement along with it please ask me.

Thanking you!
