Question
My right hand is cold, left is not, but my feet stay cold.  Could this be a thyroid problem?

Answer
not likely, if you have hypothyroid, you should be cold whole body, like cold on your trunk.and another symptoms include drowsiness, weight gain, fatique, coarse dry hair.do u have any symptom?
symptoms like these usually reflect neuro, cardiovascular, and endocrine dysfunction.but i don't think you have hypothyroid if no other symptoms present.

well, we need some more information...
is it mild or severe cold?
do another guy feel it's cool when he touch your right hand?
do you have pain or paresthesia?
when did i get start?
any limb got start first?
when does it always happen?
do you have any underlying diease?
