Question hello,
I am 19 years old and have been a fruitarian for three years. I've lived a graceful life. I was on track and field and I had a lot of energy. I was very happy. Lately however, that all changed. I noticed that I was tired a lot. I was always hungry and craving for carbs and sugars that causes me to binge. Even after I eat, I feel hungry and forced me to eat even more. As a result I've gained twenty pounds and I can no longer run the miles I used to run. I feel like I've died. I no longer fit in my jeans and even as I eat, I feel hungry. After I eat, I get so tired, I need to lay down and rest. The worst part is that I binged on all the foods that are unhealthy and are against my diet. Is this the start of diabetes or a thyroid disease? Can it be cured? Will I be able to run again? How can I lose those twenty pounds?
Answer when you eat, you get weight.that's logistic.it shouln't be thyroid disease nor diabetes.but if you actully lose your power, even continuous training , it's worth to find the cause.this depend on why do you think you cannot run?fatique, tired, dyspnea, weakness, or sth?
