Finally, what we are doing has never been done before. I am a Time Share Sales Trainer, and the fact that this subject and profile has received the worldwide media attention that it has received, we are now getting hundreds of time share companies contacting our offices asking us to train their staffs. This is a good investment, even though it is $15,000 USD for four days of training. Why, because, RCI, Interval and their members know that there is no better way to train their staff and to cover their butts than to hire me, Robert Paisola to train them, that way they do not end up on this site, and believe me there are thousands of organizations that sell timeshares that monitor every word that I write to you. That is just THE RIGHT THING TO DO!

It is formally known as ME BY MELIA. I have spent almost 60 nights there in the past 3 months working on my new book. I have met the owners and have a relationship with this property. They go above and beyond at every moment. This is 4 star resort. So, if you are looking for a place to go that is safe, modern, new, and a place that I personally recommend, then the Me by Melia in Cancun Mexico is at the top of my list.

Another word of advice is NEVER EVER buy or step foot on a SUNSET RESORT property. We were doing a tour in Cancun Mexico and you would not believe the video that we have of the management and their comments about Americans. Read my review in Conde Nast next month.
Time-Shares - Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (Cabo) Accelerated clause, Robert Paisola Responds

Question My mother and my husband and I purchased a Presidential Suite in 2005 with an acceleration clause. We have as Estoppel document completed by PB Sunset Beach that they would honor the clause provided the buyer was 65 yrs. old and need to be verified by an ID. This we did, we have used this clause and PB has honored it. We recently (Oct, 08) used our week and while down there they told us at an Owners meeting that they had sent us a letter (never rec'd) that told us they would no longer honor acceleratin clauses that were purchased via "resale". They are now going to offer this benefit to new buyers (who but from them). The sales person told us that unless we had something in writing, that benefit was really for the original owner. Also, this clause was only honored if an extra week was "available". She stated that since it would now be offered to new owners and therefore, would not be "available" to us. The salesperson told us that the letter had been sent five weeks before or arrival, and if we wanted a copy we could go to the members office. I did go to the office the day we were leaving and the representative told me that 1) the letter had been sent out five days before (not five weeks), the documents I was requesting (copy of contract and letter) were not located in the building and 3) she had no ability to print anything from her computer. Sounded very "fishy" to me. Is it legal that a benefit that was honored by PB when we purchased our timeshare on the re-sale market in 2005, reneg on it three years later? PB is is the process of a new development with the Ritz-Carlton and I am sure are thinking of new ways to come up with cash. I suppose if they reneg on ebough resale (acceleration clauses) they can sell those weeks from the resort. But is it legal?
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I need to talk to you, as I think that if we get my office involved and also the RITZ CARLTON Corporate offices involved, then Sunset Beach will QUICKLY change their tune.
We may need to go onsite to the property, however this would make a great news story about how PB Sunset Beach screwed a senior citizen.
Call me Monday and lets talk.
One thing that I know is that The Ritz Carlton Company does not put up with this kind of crap, and by making this a worldwide matter, I have no doubt, that the Mexican Government Site Profeco at http://www.profeco.gob.mx/ and Sunset will change their position.
