Question
I own a deeded Fl. timeshare. Silver lake Resort in Kissemmee. it is based on the points system, not weeks. I don't owe on it, and I'm not desperate to get rid of it immediatley , but I would like to prepare an exit stradegy so I don't have to pay fees yearly if I'm not useing it. What are the chances of reselling in this market? How can I get out of paying fees?

Answer
Hi Terry,

The market is flooded with people trying to sell their timeshares, so they really are not worth anything.  It is possible to get out of a timeshare regardless of the number of years you have owned.  The Owners' Advocate is familiar with timeshare contracts and has a proven track record of getting these contracts canceled.  We specialize in assisting timeshare owners who feel they can no longer afford or should have to continue to pay for a service they are not using.  If you would like to explore this option, please contact me.

Kind Regards,
