Finally, what we are doing has never been done before. I am a Time Share Sales Trainer, and the fact that this subject and profile has received the worldwide media attention that it has received, we are now getting hundreds of time share companies contacting our offices asking us to train their staffs. This is a good investment, even though it is $15,000 USD for four days of training. Why, because, RCI, Interval and their members know that there is no better way to train their staff and to cover their butts than to hire me, Robert Paisola to train them, that way they do not end up on this site, and believe me there are thousands of organizations that sell timeshares that monitor every word that I write to you. That is just THE RIGHT THING TO DO!

It is formally known as ME BY MELIA. I have spent almost 60 nights there in the past 3 months working on my new book. I have met the owners and have a relationship with this property. They go above and beyond at every moment. This is 4 star resort. So, if you are looking for a place to go that is safe, modern, new, and a place that I personally recommend, then the Me by Melia in Cancun Mexico is at the top of my list.

Another word of advice is NEVER EVER buy or step foot on a SUNSET RESORT property. We were doing a tour in Cancun Mexico and you would not believe the video that we have of the management and their comments about Americans. Read my review in Conde Nast next month.

Question Mr. Paisola, I have sent a lengthy email to you via collector .com. I pray that you get it. The whole story is in that email.I want to ask you if you will please look into the Company Royal HOliday, they sell vacations for life they call it. It works on a point system, they give you a certificate guaranteeing you will get the big money back in 30 years our was to be about,$25,000.00 and you can have 30,000 points per year for a draw down fee of about $640.00 a year.(There are different levels you can buy into) You are suppose to be able to double up on these points and we were told we could use it up in 10-15 years if we want.(My husband is 62 so the using it up in 10 years was a prime issue for him) This is not true,we can not use it up that fast, we can double some times but loose the remainder of the points we don't use that year. We started to try and book a place to see what happened well that is another nightmare story even 8 months in advance. Oh and the cancellation issue, more lies.. We have written to every Royal Holiday address we can find and asked for our money back. They lied to us over and over again plus denied us the 5 days cooling off period that Mexican Law provides when one buys this sort of thing. They did not even mail us our information for 18 days having promised it to us within 3 days. When we finally received the book of resort locations and come across all the operating rules in the back of it we knew we had been scammed. We had not been told there was a bunch of rules in the book only that the resorts were in it, but we could not see it until we were members due to some privacy law, protecting the listed resorts. Reading these rules we knew they had lied to us about many things in order to make the sale. I have the UPS sheets proving when they shipped, this book, in fact my husband had to phone to find out were it was. They will not answer our mail or e-mail. I have told them not to phone, because they continue to lie and I want everything in writing.I am not sure were to go next. I have written Profeco, and ARDA our story is every place I can find to put it. But Sir, I am not alone, there is a web site of more than 500 of us, and every week 2 or 3 more join up, with similar stories. This is a growing menace, and the amount of money that folks are out is getting bigger every day, and they are still scamming people in Mexico, and the Bahamas, as you read this. Who knows were else they are operating.

Look, here is the bottom line when it comes to dealing with Profeco and ARDA and Royal Holiday in Mexico... Just quit paying.
This is a bullshit Mexican Company, who is going to be slammed with claims. If they play with your credit on the Mexican Contract, contact me immediately.
