Finally, what we are doing has never been done before. I am a Time Share Sales Trainer, and the fact that this subject and profile has received the worldwide media attention that it has received, we are now getting hundreds of time share companies contacting our offices asking us to train their staffs. This is a good investment, even though it is $15,000 USD for four days of training. Why, because, RCI, Interval and their members know that there is no better way to train their staff and to cover their butts than to hire me, Robert Paisola to train them, that way they do not end up on this site, and believe me there are thousands of organizations that sell timeshares that monitor every word that I write to you. That is just THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
Finally, I want all of my readers around the world to know that I visit hundreds of properties around the world and I have found a property in Cancun Mexico called THE ME HOTEL. It is formally known as ME BY MELIA. I have spent almost 60 nights there in the past 3 months working on my new book. I have met the owners and have a relationship with this property. They go above and beyond at every moment. This is 4 star resort. So, if you are looking for a place to go that is safe, modern, new, and a place that I personally recommend, then the Me by Melia in Cancun Mexico is at the top of my list.

Another word of advice is NEVER EVER buy or step foot on a SUNSET RESORT property. We were doing a tour in Cancun Mexico and you would not believe the video that we have of the management and their comments about Americans. Read my review in Conde Nast next month.

Question My husband and I purchased a timeshare with Westgate Villas on 4/28/07. WE were pressured into buying and realized after we left what a terrible decision we had made. I searched through all of the paperwork given to us looking for any type of info on a cancellation period with no luck. As of today - I finally took my friends advice and decided to call them. The Westgate rep I talked to walked me through finding the paperwork (which was in a sealed envelope in a Velcro pocket that you can not visibly notice)in minutes which stated the 10 day cancellation policy. Unfortunately I am passed my ten days (hence their reasoning for placing the paperwork where they do). I am so very angry - I feel like I have been knowingly deceived. My question is - even though my ten days are up - we did not pay the down payment in full and all paperwork says that the down payment was received. Is this contract legit if the down payment was not complete. I am not concerned about losing the money we put down. I just want to get out of this sale.

Thank you for taking the time to write to me about the frustration that you have been going through with Westgate Villas as a result of your purchase on 4-28-07
Let me tell you that this is not the first time that we have heard this complaint against Westgate.
Ok, if you are telling me that they executed a contract with you wherein they said you put 5,000.00 down, but you REALLY put only 1.000 down, then this could easily be called fraud on the part of the developer.
If this is truly what happened, then the paperwork will most likely save you, as it was manipulated in order for it to be approved by their credit vendor. This is credit fraud.
So, go through your documents one more time amd verify that this is what happened. If it is, go to our site at www.mycollector.com and sign up for the VIP Program at the Store Section. It will cost only 200.00, but that will put an end to everything once we get involved.
