Question
Dear Ray,
i bought a car a week ago i don't have the tittle yet but i am using it right after i got it out from the dealer and i am not happy of it upon scrutinizing and reviewing the contract i am very displeased of what they did they let me pay a very expensive extended warranty the other warranty i cancel it but the other one they said i couldn't take it out from the contract that i signed for...is it true? i called the company itself i ask if i can cancel the warranty and they told me that they are not selling any policy or whatsoever type of warranty. second concern is that i want to return the car without paying anything is it possible to return it do i not have the right to return it within a month? when i got the car it has dent and scratches its a brandnew 09 car.please i need ur advice where to address this issue

Answer
Hi Anthony

I am confused about a few things, you signed a contract with an extended warranty the dealer if they wanted to could cancel warranty but will not as they are making mega bucks having it included.
You cant return a car after having signed a contrat unless it's an option stated in contract, and I am 100% sure it's not.

How come you did not note the scratches and dents prior to taking delivery ?

I do have a few questions that will tell me if there is a way to solve this, send me your phone number with best time to call if you want to persue this further and check the box where it says private or your phone number will be public.
