Question
Hi Ray,
I've lived in US for a while, studying in college. Now I'm back in my homecountry, Azerbaijan. I do have a social security number and probably some credit history on it (no criminal) since I was paying for bills and had a bank account (still have). My question is - am I eligible for a car loan? Because I'd like to buy a car in US (with a loan) and bring it over to Azerbaijan. Would appreciate your advice.

First I must confess I had no idea where Azerbaijan was located, I have hear it mention through small talk but never paid attention, I did a google and some study, and must say I am very impressed with the culture.
You are not eligible for a car loan in the US,,, let's go into second gear,,, have you checked conditions from Azerbaijan as to what you are allowed to import ???.
