Tips on Buying Cars/Car auction or dealer?

Question
My car just died and I need another one pretty urgently.  I don't have a lot of cash to spend and my credit rating is very poor.  I have a good friend who knows a lot about cars.  It seems like I can getter a better deal at a car auction.  Is that safe or do you think I should rather purchase from a dealer?

Answer
Hi Jenny

With a poor credit rating, that means high interest, I wish I had more details as to what you consider not a lot of cash or what your hoping to get or wish to happen.

I am not a fan of public auctions as the risk factor is to great unless you really know what your doing, read this link on my website for a better understanding   http://www.usedcartips.org/AUCTIONS.html

Again, I wish I had more detail, there are 2 other links I would like for you to read, how bad credit works buying from a dealer   http://www.usedcartips.org/CREDI.html

And, where to find a vehicle in your price range     http://www.usedcartips.org/TENTHOU.html  should something not be clear, feel free to get back to me, if personal details are included, check the make private box.

good Luck
