Answer
Hi Shawn

I assume your from Canada when you say KM, which makes it about 120K, I have seen many Honda's go way beyond this mileage.

It's buyers beware buying any vehicle 10 years old, with a little homework on your part and following the right steps will help you secure your investment, go to this link on my website    http://www.usedcartips.org/TESTDRI.html if vehicle still is of interest you must make deal subject to an independent mechanical inspection, it may cost you $100. bucks but it's peace of mind.
If seller will not allow an inspection you must walk away from the deal

When you say asking, that means vehicle is open for negotiations, study the site for some pointers how to negotiate.

good Luck

Ray

PS,,, Four grand is a fair deal on any vehicle if you can drive it for two years without any major expence, you will have then secured your investment.
