Question
I am driving 350 miles to NH from NY to trade my 93 Honda Civic for a 92 Acura Integra.  We have a good trade going I just need to know how to get a title in NY.  NH DMV says that they do not issue titles to car 94 or older.  I cant do anything with a car without a title in NYS.  I am leaving Friday at 5am for the trip, any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Answer
Hi Jon

As the laws differ from state to state your question is not an easy answer without a bit of surfing on your part.

Here is a link on my website   http://www.usedcartips.org/DMV.html  navigate to both states in question and study for answers.

Ray
