The best tire line, in my opinion, that meet your criteria are the Toyo line of products. The "Versada" by Toyo is an excellent choice. I have used this product with a "No-Questions asked Money back guarantee" and have yet to have a return. There are other choices of course but, they don't meet all your criteria.
