I know that many people do not understand vehicle towing when ordered by Law Enforcement or from Private Property Parking lots, which I will try to help with. BUT, I am not versed in RV TOWING ISSUES, or actual law cases or proposed cases...
Experience I have 29+ years of towing experience dealing with everything from Light duty ( cars and pickups ) to tractor trailer rigs, motor homes and buses.. Motor clubs to police calls, lockouts to jumpstarts and tows. I have experienced alot of fun times doing my job. Some have been good experiences and some of have been heart wrenching experiences.

Question MY CAR WAS REPO'D THIS WEEK. I LIVE IN LATHAM NY. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT THE REPO COMPANY TO CHARGE ME. HE SAID HE CANCELLED THE TOWING COMPANY AND WILL DRIVE IT AWAY. DO I PAY REPO FEE AND STORAGE FEE? IS THERE A TOWING FEE THAT WILL BE APPLIED EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT TOWED? IF I DONT HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY BUT I HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY THE CREDIT COMPANY CAN THE REPOMAN HOLD THE CAR FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS UNTIL I GET THE BALANCE? OR DOES THE CREDIT CO NEED IT ALL AT ONCE?
Answer I really have no answer for this one as it is between your finance company and you. The repo company was acting on orders from the finance company and as to fees, well that is something that I would have no idea of at all.
How much is gas at 4 different stations, what about Milk prices, they are all different and each business establishes their prices.
