From a Towing Operators point of view towing a car with another is totally unsafe! Not just for you but other motorists as well. Plus you would have to look into local and state laws for towing a vehicle. I agree that you should find another means of transport for you 2nd vehicle.

U-HAUL is the best option.

Your Pontiac can be towed with a tow dolly from the front only or a car trailer. I just looked it up in my owners manual I have a 96 You'll need a truck capable of towing.
